Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
G&T Golf ships to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska. We ship via FedEx and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times vary by location and selected service level.
Canada
We ship to Canada via FedEx and UPS. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by Canadian authorities. G&T Golf is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
International Shipping
G&T Golf ships internationally via FedEx and UPS. Rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country. G&T Golf is not liable for delays related to customs clearance or local postal handling.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through FedEx or UPS using that number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, contact us at SUPPORT@GANDTGOLF.com .
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [support email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind everything we make. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition.
